SPT: Getting our Ninja on.

My self-portrait this week and my mommy moment for today were all apart of a lot of silliness this weekend. One thing that you will find about me is that I like to be a kid whenever I can running through leaves, dancing, and general imaturity can strike at any moment! After a fun night of treak or treating, we headed to acorn cottage for a night at the cabin. Since winter is settling very quickly, we had a few odd jobs we had to accomplish before we left for home. To get the girls excited, I started playing ninja with them - it worked like a charm and the work got done quicker than we could say hiiiii yah (insert karate chop). Check out our ninja/karate moves...

I dreamt last night that I was posting my recent books on my good reads, and was trying to remember the title of the book I'd read by you about scrapbooking.

I tried all night to remember. Because I really liked it.

Conclusion: You should write a book.

I really need to start doing spt. I just forget. Those are some cute pictures. I need to remeber to do that with the kids when they don't want to help out. May, I will be doing a lot of karate chopping cause they never want to help!

Oh my beautiful friend (inside and out)! When did I get too busy to be a good friend? I'm sorry I've been such a deadbeat! I never thanks you for the beautiful quote I've had hanging on my fridge. It's the perfect reminder to take advantage of the few days here and there that the weather is pleasant enough to ride bikes up and down the street! I love you and love your SPT!

Funny, cute pictures. It's like Mary Poppins sais..."a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down".

Love your doggie post below. We had a sweet dachschund (spelling?) for for eleven years. She passed away year before last at Christmas time. WE still miss our sweet KC.
