Glorious Sun! Despite the 25 degree weather, I still do not find myself wanting to go outside much. I exercise indoors, and only opt for going out when I absolutely have too. However, when this very missed yellow sunshine shines and glistens off the snow, I at least have to enjoy a few rays.
I don't think I care much for this angle. It is a reminder of my pointy chin.
Ahh yes, and the ever annoying calic...
Despite, my flaws, I have resolved this year to wear less make-up and save it for special occasions, or when the wind, snow, and rain won't smudge it off! Plus, this makes more time for blogging!
PS... I am watching as I type, a squirrel carrying a pack of cookies up a tree, while his squirrel friends chase him for it... entertainment right out the window!

That sunshine on the snow is dazzling.
I love the sunny snow contrast. Glad you got some rays.
our snow is almost gone and the sun is out. Happy DAY:)
I need to check out with the SPT assignment was. I've been so out of the blogging loop. I am determined to start catching up tonight!
PS: I have always liked your chin, so don't dis it!
You have a cute chin! Good for you for catching some refreshing rays--even among all that snow--brrr.
wonderful shots! It looks lovely there!
Oh how I love the Sun! Thus, I live in the Valley of it! You are gorgeous and my fav pic of you is in the cap and goggles...make-up free!
I wish we could get the sun. I need it! I like all the shots you got of yourself!
Brrr that sounds freezing. I love your attitude for life Michelle! Great photos.
Hi Michelle
Happy new year to you my friend. I hope that 09 is a magical year for you, full of good health, joy and peace.
Ahh, I love the feel of the sun's warmth in the winter, so soothing and calming.
I agree with lelly and Jenn - I really love the photo of you with the shadow.
Lots of love
Elise
Our snow was washed away by rain last night. (happy me) Now I just wish the sun would come out (sad me). I applaud your resolve to not be a slave to makeup. I've reached the point in my life where I wear it because I like to but on days when I don't want to bother with it I don't.
Thanks for asking about my Christmas, it was very nice, very cozy, very slow, and I had all my family around me. In other words, it was wonderful!
What a cute post. Love the shades, the sunshine and the squirrel story!
You are always so creative with your SPTs...I love all the pics!
Your vowing to wear less make-up...I'm vowing to put it on. I need all the help I can get girl!
Yay for sun! I persuaded Paul to meet me for lunch the other day at a garden centre, purely so that we could sit in the conservatory area of their restaurant. He soaked up lots of happy UV rays!
Spring is on its way, Michelle. We have big, fat daffodil shoots already in our back garden. Woo-hoo!
Eeek, I'm in awe of you shunning make-up. I couldn't do it. Not forego eyeliner and mascara anyway. Go for it, though. It's pants to feel shackled to make-up.
Jealous that you have sun peaking through. It never seemed to even rise on us today!
I used to think squirrels were so cute...but now they are a pest! They are everywhere here..but I would enjoy seeing one with a pack of cookies. That's a sight!
Beautiful SPTs! Hooray for sun! Ken sat in a sunny spot in the front window of our house for 2 hours on Friday.
Oh for some sun . . .
