Daddy-daughter dance.

Last Friday, Elise and Veronika headed back to their school with their Daddy in tow to their school Daddy-Daughter Dance.  Craig is less than an enthusiast when it comes to any forms of dancing, but for his girls he'll do anything!  I found Elise dress at a consignment shop and they had that jacket their at the same time - talk about destiny!  Veronika's dress is from Old Navy and this took a little more effort - mainly because she's my Nini!

I set up a little dessert table for when they returned, since there are not any restaurants close-by they could go to at 9 p.m. at night.  They loved it - but, concluded to the TV room to watch the big Royal Wedding.  They had fun and I had an hour and half to myself (although, I believe I was doing laundry too!)

I loved the fancy 'resturant' you set up.

Don't you remember spending time with your dad and just feeling like the most important person in the world?

what a great idea to have special dessert when they got home. I'll have to remember that.
