There is a great restaurant in Old Town Montreal called Gibby's. Old Town Montreal feels like being in europe, especially since Quebec province is french speaking. If you want a taste of europe, but you can't afford europe - Montreal and Quebec City are a great alternative. Gibby's used to be part of Youville Stables belonging to the Grey Nuns. Yes, it used to be a stable-before you are grossed-out, that was in the 1800s! The restaurant has beautiful beamed ceilings, dark-grey brick walls and great food. I had the sirloin en Croute and Craig had the beef wellington. It was nice getting out of the house, getting dressed-up, and not wearing tennis shoes or snow boots.

Randy and I never go on dates. We don't actually ever get babysitters. We go out when the kids sleep over at my parents' house or something. We should make more of an effort to go out, but pretty much we don't mind staying in. Perhaps we're lazy? Oh dear.
