"These are Captain's Glasses!"

Aren't these the cutest pictures? I just had to snap these while my daughter was sitting in the optometrist's chair. The first photo is of Nina in her captain's glasses. The doctor told her to put them on because they were caption's glasses. She was very, very proud! We've been concerned about her eyesight, but were quickly put at ease for now that her problems revolve around allergies. They don't want to prescribe any medication, only cold compresses if they get irritated.

This was my second try at finding this guy's office. It was located downtown Montreal, in an area I had never been. I am so horrid when it comes to directions! In the end, I gave myself an hour to find the place and the funny thing is we walked in two minutes before our appointment.

What a relief that her eye issues are allergy related and not a vision problem. I'm delighted that you took your camera with you to the optometrist.

Hey at least you made it in the nick of time. Cute photos.

That's such a relief that you only have to use cold compresses for her vision. I've never heard of that, though. How weird. Good news, anyhow!

I'm similarly dippy with directions. I can find my way to places, but struggle to find my way back. I forget that if you turn RIGHT on the way there, then you go LEFT on the way back! *blush*

I figure our youngest will follow the path of her sibs and get glasses in the next year or so, we can't seem to escape it here. Did you ever receive my address? I sent it twice and never heard--

scribbit - Yes! I did receive it - but only once! Look for your package in the next two weeks! Thanks so much - Michelle

I love it when people bring their cameras to their children's first dental appt. Good job bringing the camera to the optometrist.
