I've gone mad: case #1,009,004.

Have you ever misplaced something, and come to find it's right in front of your face? The display of frantic looking is most often embarrassing when you realize it really was -right in front of you. However, sometimes the experience will last days and the missing item is discovered almost too easily while going about your normal daily tasks.

It has been 40 hours since I misplaced four fabric bookmarks. I had them laying on my sewing table (a.k.a card table) when I needed a pencil. I take the one bookmark I was working on with me upstairs, grab the pencil, and walk back downstairs. That was the last time I saw them. My girls were at school and my dogs are only six inches high, so that rules them out! I know I've gone mad, one of many cases where early senility has kicked in.

Two years from now, I'll be sewing and find they are stuck to the bottom of my sewing machine, in the back of the refrigerator, on top of a bookshelf, or in the linen closet. For now, I go day to day wondering!

Meanwhile - Spring? This was what we woke up to today. This was taken out of our living room window. Maybe tomorrow will be brighter.

My Happy Heart Laundry contest winner will be announced on SPT Tuesday, April 10th! If you want to enter please scroll down and find Stout Disaster, Stout Fate: Here's a contest for you to enter and leave your guess in the comments! Happy Guessing!
