14 years and counting!

Year one: Working nights, $1 dollar date nights
Year two: Arco burgers 2 for 1, blue festiva, Inga
Year three: Our first backyard, Portland theatres, sunday night family dinners
Year four: Graduate school, DC, Mekong Branch, my first "big time" job.
Year five: cheese fries at Silver Diner, Mt. Vernon, lots of studying, Rolfe
Year six: School over, first trip to Europe, and 2nd, own first home
Year seven: Five Guys discovery, Young married couples group, more traveling
Year eight: A sad goodbye, Move to Utah, help family, Olympics
Year nine: begin adoption process, England, paperwork, paperwork, paperwork
Year 10: Russia, adoption, surgery, and lots of firsts
Year 11: So. France, Cafe Rio, movie nights with friends
Year 12: Move to California, lots of desert, Disneyland
Year 13: more Disneyland, over 10 road trips to Utah, move to Montreal
Year 14: Counting on a hundred more years to come!

Happy Anniversary! Your picture is so sweet with you giving a kiss on the cheek. Y'all have certainly packed a lot of LIFE in these 14 years! We began our adoption process in our 9th year too.

Awhhh...Happy Annniversary!! Wow, congrats on surviving those eventful first years. They are tough times--living them now. This Sept. will be our 1st anniversary. Can't wait to get it under our belt. Please tell me the 1st year is the toughest and it gets easier...
