Marking the end of Pre-K.

Nini graduating!

Cici's turn!

Today was the girls graduation from Pre-K into Kindergarten! The room was bursting with moms and dads wanting to take pictures of their kid - it was crazy! We got their early and 3/4 of the children were already their and seats were all taken. Lucky for us, she started with her three year old class and asked all the parents to leave the room once their child's name were called. It's her largest class, so by the time the girl's were ready to get their little diploma - it had emptied, and we were able to get close-ups.

Reading their diploma's with Daddy!

Saying goodbye to Daddy- just for an hour!

After the craziness inside, we strolled outside to a feeding frenzy of three and four year olds and the moms and dads, vying for there turn in line. I've never been a fan of potlucks - what about you? I usually like to hold off and see if there is anything left. The girls ended up with some carrots, chips, and 3 popsicles! Why not! It's graduation! During the year, they made some great friends that all of one will be moving on to the same school as them. I can't forget to mention their teacher! She is so awesome - the girls just loved her. It's so nice when you know that your children are safe and always having a good time.
After the graduation the girls and I (Craig had to leave after the official ceremony) walked to the park and then home to pick-up Craig and head to McDonald's. We don't have many places to go with the kids right around our home, but we wanted to celebrate and eat - so we ended up at McDonald's! We headed home after that and the girl's quickly changed into their clothing. They have a hard time playing by themselves outside and end up fighting. But today, after some trial and error, they got playing with the dog's kennels. I had them outside to hose down, I'm not sure what the game was, but I sure enjoyed sneaking this picture of Nini trying to get it through the bushes.

We headed to the store to get a few groceries and were surprised to run into our cute older missionary couple. We just love them and were glad to see them - it had been 3 weeks. I was able to take a jog today - the third time this week - woo hoo! I ran almost four miles! Of course, it wasn't a pretty picture when I returned - red face, sweaty, and ready to die! Anyone else look worse them me out there after they exercise?!

A vision of lovliness!

Craig leaves for a five day business trip on Sunday morning, so we are trying to spend as much family time together before he heads out. The girls are off school, so I'm going to be planning lots to keep them busy, happy, and me sane. Happy Weekend! What are you doing this weekend!?

Have I mentioned that I love your new header banner with the three girls playing together? What an awesome picture!
I am glad that your girls liked pre-K. I enrolled Carter for the fall. I didn't know if I should or shouldn't. It is always a good thing for him to have more social interaction, but he is my little boy and I want him home with me before he gets too big! Oh the turmoil! Anyway, I hope he likes it come September.
And by the way, you will never see a post-exercise picture of me. That picture will never be taken. I am sweaty, red and puffy when I am done, and although I love the feeling right after I'm done, I am not a beautiful sight. I'm not even an okay sight.

Congratulations on the girls graduation! How fun for them to have this special day. I too get the bright red face after excercising! I remember in Junior High. I would look around the gym while in P.E. I was always the reddest gal in there!

I am so not a pretty exerciser! I SWEAT, plain and simple, and my face gets red sometimes too. Here in TX though, sweat goes with almost everything!

Great graduation photos! How fun.

I think I could give you a run for your money as far as post exercize looks go. I get red, my entire outfit soaked with sweat dripping off my nose and little salt crystals in the few places that aren't covered in sweat. So adorable I tell ya!!
